The Coaching Plan for the self-motivated Athlete
Initial Consultation - This will take place either in-person or by teleconference. I will gather lifestyle and previous exercise history to determine how training will best fit into YOUR life. We will discuss areas of concern while establishing your personal goals. This meeting will result in me creating a customized training plan for YOU.
Customized Training Plan - This is specific to YOU, the athlete. It will be created taking into account your lifestyle, goals and personal challenges.
Follow Up Appointment - This takes place prior to the start of training. We will review the Custom Training Plan and make sure expectations of the program are clear.
Eight to Sixteen Week Plans Available

Pre-Race Meeting - This meeting occurs prior to the race. We will detail race strategy, pacing, clothing, race day logistics, fueling strategy & more.

Initial Consultation - This will take place either be in-person or by teleconference. We will discuss areas of concern while establishing your personal goals. After discussing previous exercise history I will customize strength training plan for you.
Individual 6-12 Week Plan - Sport specific exercise can help you get the most out of your running career while also helping to keep you injury free. I believe strength training is vital for every successful running career. This plan progresses with the athletes capabilities and will be customized using equipment you have at home. We have Pre-, Mid-, and Post- Season options.
Follow Up Appointment - This takes place prior to the start of training. We will review the Custom Strength Training Plan and make sure expectations of the program are clear.
